This week’s sonic meditation consisted of listening to a particular created sound (a chime) and then sampling it: Selecting the part to sample by paying attention to the beginning and the end – splitting off this section, being careful to be inclusive of all the sounds, and then looping this continuously within the mind until indicated to stop.
